Elaine Schopp

Elaine (Marcuzzi) Schopp, 94, of North Versailles, died peacefully Wednesday, May 20, 2015. She was born Aug. 1, 1920, in Northern Italy, daughter of the late Arturto and Emma Marcuzzi. Beloved wife of the late Paul Schopp. She was the dear mother of Geraldine (Michael) De Savage and Paul (Terri) Schopp; special grandma of Christy (Jason) Theil, Joseph (Kara) Schopp, Renee (Dennis) Englert, Michael (Michelle) De Savage and Michelle (Jack) Ellenberger; and great-grandma of Felicia, Elaina, Ashley, Kelsie, Dominick, Damian, Grayson, Nathaniel and Jack Alixi. Mrs. Schopp was retired from JDMH as an escort and will be deeply missed by many. Family and friends are welcome from 2 until 8 p.m. Friday in the ALFIERI FUNERAL HOME, 201 Marguerite Ave., Wilmerding, PA 412-824-4332. Parting prayers will be at noon Saturday in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 p.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine.
