Just saw this posting. Dollar Bill Gates was my favorite teacher in 1960 at Park Terrace. Enjoyed life and funny as all get out. I sampled a couple of his paddle whoopings and deserved them as well. I think of you often. God bless you.

Bill was two to three years younger than myself. We lived on the same block on High Street in Versailles Borough. We used to have much fun pitching horseshoes and other games in that neighborhood.. He was a down-to-earth, very humorous young man. I'm sure he will be very missed by many.
