William "Bill" Henning IV

William “Bill” Henning IV, sadly passed on January 31, 2023, at the age of 41. Bill was the fiancé of Colleen Fails, and the loving father of Makenzie and Hailey. He is also survived by his father, William (Imogene) Henning III, sister, Sara Bailey, brothers, Justin Cincirpini and Bradley Milbee, bestfriend and brother, Brian Stephenson, aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends. Bill was preceded in passing by his mother, Joyce (Milbee) Cinciripini.

Bill was a graduate of East Allegheny High School and Robert Morris University. Bill was a wonderful, fun and loving father. Colleen and his daughters were everything to him. Bill will forever be remembered for his huge heart. He will be missed by many.
