Samuel Bilak
March 30, 1928 - February 8, 2021
Samuel Bilak, 92, of Wall, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 8, 2021.He was born on March 30, 1928 in Wall, son of the late Milos and Mary (Vracar) Bilak. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rose (Markoff) Bilak; brothers Nick and Charles, sisters Catherine and Ann.
He is survived by his sons, Samuel (Cathy) Bilak and Charles Bilak; Granddaughters Amanda (Matt) Formato, Allison (Jared) Littler; and great grandson, Jacob Formato; Sister-in-law Naida (Markoff) Sonovick, several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Sam was a US Army Korean War Veteran serving in the 1st Cavalry Division. He was a member of the Harry S. Truman Lodge #765 F. and A.M., Dravosburg, Pa. Prior to retirement, Sam was employed by Conrail as a Railroad Conductor with 45 years of service.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, all services will be private. A private service for the family will be held with Fr. Stefan Djoric officiating.
