Ronald "Pete" Moon

Ronald “Pete” Moon, of Latrobe, peacefully passed on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the age of 65. Pete was the loving father of Joshua (Skylynn) Moon, Jessica Moon, and Julie Moon. Proud grandfather of Ayden, Scarlett, Jayson, and Ashton. He is also survived by his parents, Richard and Lois (Shawley) Moon, sisters, Donna Jean Stoffer, Linda (Sam) Fernell, and Dana (Bill) Shadler, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in passing by his brother, Richard (surviving Faye) Moon Jr.

Pete had many joys in life. Among them were sports, bowling, horses, horseback riding, and songs by Elton John, and peanut butter. He will be fondly remembered for his great sense of humor. Above all, Pete was a wonderful father and adored his grandchildren.
