Richard O'Hara

Peacefully passed on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at the age of 75. Richard was the loving husband of Catherine (Pembrooke) O’hara. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in passing by his parents, Eldon and Irene (Flyock) O’Hara.

Richard was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, who served his country during the Vietnam War. Richard was a retired Manager at the Westinghouse Airbrake. When he wasn’t working, he liked to give back to his community. He was a Midget Football Coach, Ambulance Driver, and Volunteer Fireman for Wilmerding. Richard loved fishing and watching football, especially the Steelers. Above all, Richard loved and adored his wife, Catherine.

Family and Friends are welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148., 412-824-4332, on Monday, December 26 from 11am to 1pm. A Blessing Service will be held at 1pm in the funeral home. Richard will be laid to rest with Military Honors at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon.
