Michael Betz Obituary
Peacefully passed on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at the age of 71, with his beloved wife, Susie at his side. Michael was the devoted husband of Susan “Susie” (Daniels) Betz for 45 loving years. Michael is also survived by his sisters, Marylyn (Sam) Barone and Judith (Steve) Iovino, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in passing by his parents Michael and Agnes (Lynch) Betz
Michael was a proud U.S. Army Veteran. He was a trained sharpshooter and a member of the Presidents 100. Michael loved to camp and was very involved in the Boy Scouts. He also enjoyed making key rings. Michael will always be remembered for always having a smile on his face.
Family and friends are welcome on Sunday, May 22 from 3pm to 8pm in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, PA 15148, 412-824-4332. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday at 11am in Holy Byzantine Catholic Church in Wall, with Father Don Bolls officiating.
