Marjorie (Droske) “Sweet Marge” Barnyk

Peacefully passed on December 23, 2020 age 89 of McKeesport. Marge was born on September 25, 1931 in North Braddock to the late Michael and Theresa (Diritski) Droske. She was the wife of the late Michael Barnyk. Loving and devoted mom of; Renee (Richard) Tommarello, Michele (Howard) Ferree and Cindy (Tom) Moran. Special grandma of 8 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Lovingly known as “Sweet Marge” and “Aunt Marge” she loved and treasured to hold family holidays and reunions, helped to babysit her families growing family, gardening and baking amazing desserts. Due to the current pandemic all services will be held privately for the family. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Mrs. Barnyk will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband at New Saint Joseph Cemetery, North Versailles. Arrangements entrusted to Alfieri Funeral Home Inc. Wilmerding 412-824-4332.
