Obituary
Marie A. (Oleska) Slepsky, of Wall, peacefully passed on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the age of 93. Marie is survived by her loving sons, Allen T. (Renee) Slepsky, Barry M. (Vicki) Slepsky, Charles D. “Chuck” (Melba) Slepsky, special niece, Barb (Doug) Menne. She was the adoring grandmother of Leslie (Tim) Wilhelmus, Andrew (Karen) Slepsky, Stephen (Katie) Slepsky, Valerie Slepsky, Brian (Katie) Slepsky, Erin Slepsky, Brooke Slepsky, and great-grandmother of 11. She is also survived by her sister, Anna Elizabeth “Betty” Broome, numerous other nieces and nephews, and friends. She was preceded in passing by her husband, Albert T. Slepsky.
Marie was the former President of the Wall Civic Association. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and bingo, and loved baking. Marie was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved her family deeply, and they will miss her dearly.
Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday from 2pm to 8pm at Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10am at St. Jude the Apostle Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Wilmerding.
