Joseph Meyer

Joseph P. Meyer, formerly of Mount Oliver, peacefully passed on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the age of 93. Joseph was the loving father of David (Nancy) Meyer. He was the proud grandfather of Dominic (Kelley) Meyer and Alexandra (Ian) Patterson; great-grandfather of Anthony, Luca, and Vincent Meyer, and Olivia, Joseph, and August Patterson. Joseph was preceded in passing by his beloved wife, Doris (Deithorne) Meyer, parents, Joseph and Loretta Meyer, and brother, Vincent Meyer. 

Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, from 6pm to 8pm at the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332. Military Honors will be performed at 7pm in the funeral home. Joseph will be laid to rest privately beside his beloved wife, Doris, at St. Michael Cemetery.
