John Michael "Jack" Gries

John Michael Gries “Jack” peacefully passed on December 9th of 2020.  He was currently residing in Wall Pa. Formally from Cumbola Pa. He proudly served his country in the United States Army for 20 years. Survivors include Brother Paul Gries, Nephew John D. Gries (Lori), Nieces Alisha & Kirsten Gries and numerous other nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in passing by his parents Daniel and Kathryn, siblings Daniel, George, Michael and Joseph. Jack was also family to Albert and Mary Lonzo and their children John Paul Lonzo (Kelly), Andrea Porter (Eric), Michael Lonzo (Denise), Meghan Petrini (Biaggio), Kristyn (Matthew) DeSantis, Brady & Bryce Porter, Biaggio & Francesca Petrini, Maddalena, Martino & Carlo DeSantis, Nicholas Lonzo. Throughout the years we have known that you trusted us, and because you have always been there for us, we love you very much. A private service will be held for Jack in Monroeville, Pa on Monday December 14th at Good Shepherd Cemetery Monroeville, Pa.
