John Kazousky

May 31, 1928 - April 7, 2021 

Peacefully passed on April 7, 2021 at the age of 92. John was born in Wall, Pa to the late Harry and late Dorothy (Wekluk) Kazousky. John was the devoted husband of the late Jennie (Bartulski) Kazousky. Loving father of Larry (Karen), John Jr. (Beth) and Dan (Sue) Kazousky. He was proud grandpap of Matthew Kazousky, Katelyn (Chris) Cawley, Hannah Kazousky, John Thomas Kazousky, Nicholas Kazousky, Cody (Jenna) Kazousky, Dylan Kazousky and Eli Kazousky; adoring great-grandpap of Claire and Amila. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Gladys Kazousky, numerous nieces and nephews, and friends. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in passing by his sisters, Ann (Martin) Stetar, Tillie (Frank) Ferraro, Mildred (Guy) Autori, Pauline Stubenrauch, Stella (Tony) Hubinsky and Theresa (Joe) Marsh, and his brother, Steve Kazousky. John was a proud United States Marine Veteran and served his country during the Korean War. After returning home, he worked as a Journeyman Machinist for Westinghouse. Johns family would like to thank caregivers, Jen and Linda and Amedisys Hospice for their compassionate care. Family and friends are welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332, on Sunday from 4pm to 8pm. Parting Prayers will be said on Monday at 9am in the funeral home. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10am at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, McKeesport. Please meet directly at the church. Face coverings and social distancing are required in the funeral home and church. John will be laid to rest with Military Honors, beside his wife Jennie in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
