Joann (Seaman) Tucker

Joann (Seaman) Tucker, of Monroeville, peacefully passed on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the age of 93, with her loving children at her side. Joann was the loving mother of Gary (Tacy) Tucker, Sharon (late James) Dunbar, and late Ricky Tucker. She was the adoring grandmother of Dana (Bill) McDonald, Richard (Tina) Tucker, Ryan (Krista) Tucker, and Alyssia Tucker (Emily Mallisee). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, her special niece, Tami Catanzariti, numerous other nieces and nephews, and all who loved her. In addition to her son, Ricky, she was preceded in passing by her parents, Emery and Anna Seaman, brother, Emery (surviving Margie) Seaman, sister, Janet (John) Markoff, and her cherished puppy, Bandit

Joann worked in the accounting department at the VA hospital. She retired at the age of 81. She loved everyone, especially her family. She was our mother and our rock. She was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.

Family and friends are welcome on Friday, May 23, from 2pm to 7pm in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Saturday at St. Jude the Apostle Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Wilmerding.
