Peacefully passed on September 12, 2020 at the age of 99. Helen is survived by her devoted son Mark Zywar. She was the loving grandmother of Bobby and Ron Smail. She was preceded in passing by her husband, Walter Zywar, daughter, Charlotte (Surviving Robert) Smail and her siblings. Helen loved going to the casino and enjoyed bowling. Family and friends are welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332, on Monday from 5pm to 8pm. A Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday at 11am in the funeral home. Helen will be laid to rest beside her husband in Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery. Due to the current health restrictions, there will be a limit of 25 allowed in the funeral home at a time, and masks will be required.
