Guy A. Yerace

Guy A. Yerace, of North Versailles, formerly of Monroeville, peacefully passed on Monday, July 1, 2024, at the age of 83. Guy was the fiancé of Teri Thomas.  He was the loving father of Guy Yerace and Corey Yerace, and the late Renee Wilson; Adoring grandfather of Matthew Wilson and Alissa Wilson. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, sisters, Mary (late George) Brown and Geraldine (Merl) Powell, numerous other relatives, and friends. In addition to his daughter, Renee, Guy was preceded in passing by his parents, Gaetano and Rose (Sennec) Yerace. 

Guy was a proud United States Army Veteran who served his country during the Korean War. He worked as a Draftsman for 40 years. In his free time, he enjoyed bowling and spending time with family. 

A Celebration of Guy’s Life will be held on Saturday, July 13th from 10am to Noon at the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332. A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home at Noon. Guy will be laid to rest with full Military Honors at Grandview Cemetery, North Versailles.
