Georgia M. (Bianchi) Nix

July 10, 1936 - October 4, 2021

Peacefully passed on Monday, October 4, 2021 at the age of 85. Georgia was the devoted wife of the late Ronald Nix. Loving Mother of Timothy (Robin) Nix, Laura (Eddie Dobransky) Fedorko, Amy (Kenneth) Marton, Thomas (Ruth) Nix and Sarah (Jeff) Forsythe. Adoring grandmother of John “Jay” Fedorko, Jessica Fedorko, Jeffery (Keri) Forsythe, Brittany (Seth) Klem, Rachel Forsythe, Alyssa Nix and Sydney Nix, great-grandmother of Anna and Ryan. Georgia is also survived by her sister, Phyllis (Dick) Westrup, brother-in-law, Dennis (Barb) Nix, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Georgia was preceded in passing by her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth (Petro) Bianchi, brother, Joseph (Surviving Dory) Bianchi and sister, Audrey Bianchi. 
 

Georgia enjoyed golfing. She loved her children, grandchildren, and her dog, Kiko. The family would like to thank Hempfield Manor and Heartland Hospice for their care, love and support. 
 

Family and friends are welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, PA 15148, 412-824-4332, on Sunday, from Noon to 4pm. A Blessing Services will be held at 4pm.
