George Mrdjenovich Jr., of Wall, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2023, at the age of 54. George was the beloved son of George “Will” and Joanne (Calley) Mrdjenovich. Caring brother of Georgeann (Mark) Zvolensky and Mike (Kristin) Mrdjenovich, adoring uncle of Mark Zvolensky, Kayla (Garner) Kraemer, Mikey “Bud” Mrdjenovich, and Mia Mrdjenovich. George is also survived by his special dog, Reba, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
George was a hard worker and owned a successful construction company. He was extremely selfless, had a big heart, and would help anyone in need. George was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran. He loved his Memorial Day lamb roast with family and friends.
Family and friends are welcome on Thursday from 1pm to 8pm at the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30am in St. Jude the Apostle Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish. Everyone is asked to meet at the church.
