Edmund R. Haberle, peacefully passed on September 29, 2023, at the age of 89, in Scottsdale AZ (formally of Monroeville) residing near his loving son, Edward A. “Ed” (Caroline) Haberle. He was the proud grandfather of Vincent, Hayden (Emma), and Evan Haberle. He was preceded in passing by his devoted wife, Dolores “Dee” (Urban) Haberle, son, David R. Haberle, parents, Frank and Mary (Pallo) Haberle, brother, Gary Haberle, and daughter-in-law, Karen Haberle.
After graduating from St. Thomas High School in Braddock, Edmund proudly served in the US Army. He went on to become a Welder at the US Steel Edgar Thompson Works for 43 years. He was a wonderful father, role model, and best friend of Ed's, devout and loving Grandfather, a person that could make you smile at any time. A true Pittsburgher who always watched the sports teams, and an affection for baseball.

Family and friends are welcome on Monday from 4pm to 8pm at the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10am at St. Jude the Apostle Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Wilmerding.
