Diane A. (Johnston) Hynes

Diane A. (Johnston) Hynes, of Turtle Creek, peacefully passed on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the age of 77. Diane was the beloved wife of William Hynes for 59 years. She was the loving mother of Dawn Lang, Rhonda (Eugene) Zuro, William (Bridget) Hynes, and Daniel (Kathy) Hynes. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Diane was preceded in passing by her parents, James and Ruth (Byers) Johnston, and siblings, Janice Blevins and Robert Johnston. 

Family was most important to Diane. She enjoyed cooking for them and spending time with them. She also enjoyed crocheting and playing bingo. 

Family and friends are welcome on Monday from 2pm to 8pm in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, PA 15148, 412-824-4332. A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 11am. Diane will be laid to rest at Restland Memorial Park, Monroeville.
