Peacefully passed on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at the age of 76. Daniel was the very beloved husband of Anna Marie (Lusetich) Jankovich for 50 years. He was the loving stepfather of Christine (Mark) Matyger, and special grandpa of Miana. He is also survived by his special companion, Sami, sisters, Anna (late Al) Pieczynski and Yvonne Jankovich, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
Daniel was preceded in passing by his parents, Nick and Anna (Blozowich) Jankovich, siblings, Mildred (late John) Tarbuck, Milos (late Bryda) Jankovich, Violet (late Milos) Padezan, George Jankovich, Diana (late Thomas) Parker, Ralph Jankovich, and Betty Jankovich.
Daniel worked at WABTEC in the Tool and Die Department and retired after 40 years of service. Following his retirement, he worked as a driver for Eastern Auto Supply. Daniel was a faithful member of St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church. He enjoyed sporting events. Most of all, he enjoyed the time spent with his loving family.
Family and friends are welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332, on Wednesday, from 2pm to 8pm. Pomen Service will be held at 7pm. Funeral Service will be on Thursday at 10am at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, Monroeville. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH PATIO, LOWER LEVEL ON THURSDAY.
