Peacefully passed on Monday, October 3, 2022, at the age of 77. Bobby was the loving and devoted husband of 55 years, Bernadene “Bernie” (Lucarelli) Marcoz, his high school sweetheart. Bobby was the son of the late Paul and Helen (Cervenak) Marcoz; beloved brother of Paul (Betty) Marcoz, Don “Dink” (Sharon) Marcoz, Marsha (Gene) Rayman, and the late Paula “Cookie” (late Bud) Pendro. Bobby was the adoring uncle of Paulie Marcoz, Jimmy Marcoz, late Billy O’Brien, Jackie Barnes, Ricky O’Brien, Donnie Marcoz, Jeanna Rayman, Sheli Bungard, and Randi Greene, also 16 great-nieces and great-nephews. Bobby was the brother-in-law of Joe (Marilyn) Lucarelli, Debbie (late Guy) DiMatteo, and the late Marilyn “Chuby” Lucarelli.
Bobby worked for the Westinghouse Airbrake in the Tool and Die Department, and also as a fireman. He loved to travel, and enjoyed parasailing, water skiing. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Bobby also played in a softball league. Bobby was deeply loved and will be deeply missed.
Family and friends are welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332, on Friday from 4pm to 8pm. A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 10am. Bobby will be laid to rest in Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery.
