Anthony "Opie" Lazzaro

Anthony Joseph Lazzaro better known as “Opie”, 37 died peacefully on August 10, 2021. Born June 26, 1984 in Monroeville, PA. Survived by parents Phillip A Lazzaro, Dolores J Lazzaro (Crisanti), Natalie Lazzaro, and Stephanie Adeniran his sisters. Uncle Tony to Samson T Adeniran. Anthony could be found shooting pool or playing golf with any of his many friends. He was well loved in Pitcairn where he grew up and graduated from Gateway Senior HS class of 2002. Friends and family will be received from 3pm - 7pm, Monday August 16th at Alfieri Funeral Home, Inc., 201 Marguerite Ave, Wilmerding, Pa 15148, 412-824-4332. A Blessing Service will be held at 7pm.
