Sadly on August 1, 2018 age 38 of Pitcairn. Mindy will be greatly missed by many people. Mindy was the wife of Rodolfo Frazier. Beloved daughter of Norma Burkhart and Fred Maugan. Dear mom of Shalynn, Anthony, Bradley, Delaniah, Meleah, Ava and step children; Mariah and Naomi. Special sister of Jennifer (Frank) Greenwalt and Adam Burkhart. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or services. All services will be private at the family's request. Alfieri Funeral Home, Wilmerding Pa is assisting the family.
