On March 31, 2017 age 51 of Ford City formerly of Turtle Creek. Beloved wife of 28 years of Rich Urick. Loving mom of Scott Simek and special grandma of Scott Simek Jr. Daughter of Carol (O’Neal) Simek and James (Jeannine) Simek. Sister of Teresa (Rick) Gilroy. Daughter in law of Gladys (late Frank) Urick. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends welcome in Alfieri Funeral Home Inc. 201 Marguerite Ave Wilmerding 412-824-4332 on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 Pm. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 10:00 Am. In lieu of flowers donations made be made to Pulmonary Hypertension Association in DeAnna’s memory.
