Peacefully on Thursday May 3rd surrounded by his beloved mom and family. Dale Ray was the beloved son of Ruth McWhinney and the late William McWhinney. Special brother of Darlene “Missy” Pawlowski and Denny McWhinney. Proceeded in passing by siblings by Donna Bench, Debbie Tykaraski, and David McWhinney. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
