William Kissane III

William John "Buddy" Kissane III, passed away on Sunday May 28, 2017, of Woodbridge, Va., formerly of North Versailles. Son of the late William and Helen (Beard) Kissane; beloved and devoted husband of 46 years to the late Antoinette "Toni" (Gosik) Kissane; cherished and dedicated father of Dr. Nicole (Dr. Lawrence Lee) Kissane Lee; loving and extraordinary grandfather to Alexandra "Lexi" Kissane Lee and to a second granddaughter due in July; brother of Elizabeth (Robert) Bachy and the late Judith Kissane Hames; brother-in-law of Phyllis (George) Dippold and Bernadette (Mark) Sablofski; also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends. Buddy was the director of management information systems at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops in Washington, D.C., for 31 years. Family and friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 2nd in the ALFIERI FUNERAL HOME, 201 Marguerite Ave., Wilmerding, PA, 412-824-4332. Service in the funeral home will be at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 3rd, followed by 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial to be officiated by the Most Reverend Robert N. Lynch at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Church, North Huntingdon, reception to follow.
