Mary (Blazevich) Novakovich

Mary "Babe" (Blazevich) Novakovich, 88, formerly of Wall, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015. She was a daughter of the late Pane and Violet (Stanovich) Blazevich; wife of the late John "Lefty" Novakovich; loving mom of Mary Martha Thomas, Daniel (Kathleen) and John David (Debra) Novakovich; special grandma of Krystelle (Marc) Pivirotto, Jacob, Rachel and Maresa Novakovich; and sister of Nada Bianci and the late Bob (surviving wife, Eleanor), late Barney (surviving wife, Jean), late Kata, late John Blazevich, late Mildred Jurich, late Paul and late JoAnn DiLucente. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews. 
Friends welcome from 2 until 9 p.m. Tuesday in the ALFIERI FUNERAL HOME, 201 Marguerite Ave., Wilmerding, 412-824-4332, with a Pomen service at 8 p.m. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, Monroeville, with the Very Rev. D.C. Malich officiating. Please meet directly at church Wednesday. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
