Peacefully on Sunday January 21 age 90 of North Versailles. Martin served his country in the US Marines and after retiring from US Steel was very involved in conducting Military funerals for deceased Veterans. His group was instrumental in providing deceased veterans a proper burial with all the honors they deserved. Beloved husband of 66 years to Gertrude (Vollmer) Sobek. (Mr. and Mrs Sobek was the first couple to be married from St. Robert Bellarmine Church in East McKeesport). Loving dad of Christine (William) Davenport, Deborah (Lawrence) Plisco and Marti (Paul) DiToppa. Special grandfather of 5 and 1 great granddaughter.
