John passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 69 years old, surrounded by family after a courageous battle. A resident of Plum Boro, Pa formerly of Braddock, Pa. Son of Regina "Jean" Marzec, late John Marzec. Beloved husband of Gloria (Radjenovich) Marzec of 49 years. Loving dad of Sherry (Dom) Stokes, Lisa (Tom) Kalkstein and Jack "Jay" Marzec. Brother of Kenneth (Sharon) Marzec. Judy (late Gary) Chop, Randy (Donna) Marzec and Robert (Linda) Marzec. Grandfather to Sharice, PJ, Maria, Alex, Dorian, Jaxon, Tommy and Sebastian also survived by 6 great grand-children, brother- in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. John was Commander of Post 60 AMVETS in North Braddock for 13 years. His biggest passion was his family and love of cooking that had started in the Army.
