On Saturday, July 2, 2016, age 79, of Wilmerding. She was a graduate of the Columbia Hospital School of Nursing and received her bachelor's degree in education from Duquesne University. She taught nursing and one single word was written prominently on her teaching evaluation records "EXCELLENT". A daughter of the late John and Margaret Crawshaw Dickson; beloved wife of 47 years of Thomas F. Locke; loving mother of Karen Elizabeth Margolis and her husband Scott Margolis and Christopher Dickson Locke and his wife Tiffany Emami-Locke; devoted grandmother of Michael N. Margolis and Matthew N. Margolis, Cole Reza Emami-Locke and Farah T. Emami-Locke; dear sister of Dr. Charles E. Dickson and his wife Dr. Pat Dickson and the late Deacon Carol Dickson Goclan (surviving husband Joseph Goclan). Family and friends received ALFIERI FUNERAL HOME, INC., 201 Marguerite Ave., Wilmerding, PA 15148 (412) 824-4332 on Tuesday from 3-8 p.m. Funeral service on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Alban's Anglican Church, 4920 Cline Hollow Rd., Murrysville, PA 15668. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Burial Woodlawn Cemetery. Family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Alban's Anglican Church.
