Gunter A. Fisher

Peacefully on Wednesday Oct 19th 2016 age 74 of McKeesport. Born in Braunschweig, Germany on January 9th 1942. Gunter was a volunteer with the McKeesport Meals on Wheels. Enjoyed the Pgh. Penguins, European Soccer, old Western movies, puzzles, books and ice cream. Longtime member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church and the Cursillo Movement. Loved by many friends and extended family members. Husband of the late Doris Fisher and the late Victoria (Matakas-Dunn) Fisher. Loving step-dad of Juliann (Ken) Botten and Jason (Megan) Dunn. Special “Opa” (grandfather in German) of Logan and Helena. Friends will be welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home Inc. 201 Marguerite Ave Wilmerding 412-824-4332 on Friday from 2-8 pm . Parting prayers in the funeral home at 9:00 am Saturday followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in ST. Robert Bellarmine Church. Internment will follow in Good Shepherd Cemetery.
