Deborah J. "Deb" (McWhinney) Tykarski, 56, of Wall, died suddenly Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016. Deb was a former cook at the Rainbow Kitchen in Homestead. She was the beloved daughter of Ruth (Jessup) McWhinney and the late Wiliam McWhinney; loving mother of Stephanie McWhinney and Sharon "Red" Tykarski; cherished grandmother of Tyler Turner, Linda Patterson, Bryant Walker, Kelvin "Brewster" Tykarski and Klayton Tykarski; dear sister of David McWhinney, Daleray McWhinney, Darlene "Missy" Pawlowski, Denny McWhinney and the late Donna Bench; girlfriend of the late Tom Smock; and is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received from 6 p.m. until the time of service at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016, at ALFIERI FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 Marguerite Ave., Wilmerding, PA 15148, 412-824-4332.
