The Piano Brothers

Christine “Christy” (Hohman) Dukic, 60, of Wilmerding returned to her heavenly home on May 16, 2017 after a valiant battle with a long illness. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace. She was an active and dedicated member of St. Jude’s the Apostle Parish volunteering as a Eucharistic Minister, Lector, and C.C.D Teacher which was her favorite role in serving the Lord. Her favorite pastime was reading and she could be found with a book in her hand at any opportunity; however her passion was her family and friends.Christy is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Daniel T. Dukic Jr.; her loving daughter Heather Dukic (Jeremy Barton), cherished “Mammal” of granddaughters Abagail and Addison Barton; her mother Dolores (Hohman) Balogh, Step-Father Michael J. Balogh and the late John E. “Jack” Hohman; special niece of John “Jack” Bollinger; her siblings Jennifer Sweet (Timothy), Judith Hohman, Margaret Balogh (Michael A.), John G. Hohman, Timothy Hohman, Mary “Katie” Kerr (James); Sister-in-Law of Darryl Dukic (Darlene), Darlene Wills (J.R.); and loving Aunt of numerous nieces and nephews.
